7. Warranties & Limitations

We strive to deliver reliable and effective solutions but do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. number of leads or revenue). AI technologies evolve rapidly and may depend on third-party APIs.

Sunrize Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of its services.

8. Termination

You or we may terminate an ongoing agreement at any time with written notice (email is sufficient), subject to the terms of any existing service contract. In such case:

All unpaid fees remain due

We may revoke access to proprietary tools or agents

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction for all disputes is Augsburg, Germany, unless otherwise agreed.
